		<description>It must be wonderful to be part of an organization where &quot;strategizing&quot; is not a dirty word...  where people come together in the belief that the plan they&#039;re asked to develop will actually live to see implementation!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I fail to understand why the gap between knowing what the right thing to do is and actually doing it seems so insurmountable in so many organizations.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It&#039;s refreshing to be reminded that it IS still possible for people to put their heads together and create real value, instead of just spinning their wheels and walking away feeling dumber than when they came in...</description>
