I’m at IMA and while I had hoped to post more by now, chances are I won’t have much in the way of posts until tonight and tomorrow. BUT the PRPD blog is already posting summaries of a few sessions and there will be more to come. So far:

I think I can say that this has been an excellent conference, with some exceptional sessions and a few “come-to-Jesus” moments over issues like the loyalty of our online users and the frequency with which they visit our sites (overall, around 2 visits per month. Yes, month.) This is what IMA is good at – sounding the alarm, as well as offering advice and information exchange among stations, large and small.
